KARACHI: Quetta Gladiators skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed stated Tuesday he desires veteran all-rounder Shahid Afridi to carry out nicely for the group as they eye some other Pakistan Super League (PSL) trophy.
Sarfaraz, whose aspect remaining lifted the PSL trophy in 2019, welcomed Afridi's inclusion inside the PSL franchise while addressing an event of the Gladiators, and termed him a "player for big fits."
For his part, Afridi said Sarfaraz become his favorite captain. "Sarfaraz puts all his power in the field, this is why I like him [...] and I am excited to play for Quetta Gladiators."
The former Pakistan skipper also mentioned that this would be his last PSL, however, he could preserve playing in leagues.

The lot-awaited tournament starts offevolved on January 27 in Karachi, wherein 15 matches of the primary leg can be performed.
The closing 19 fixtures can be held underneath the lights of Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore from February 10.
